PURPOSE OF THE BYLAW: To close and dispose of, through consolidation with adjacent lots, those portions of road right-of-way that are legally described as:
PLAN 6476 AA, BLOCK 12, THOSE PORTIONS OF LAND CONTAINED WITHIN LOT 29, BLOCK 12, PLAN __________, CONTAINING 0.051 HA (0.126 ACRES) MORE OR LESS EXCEPTING THEREOUT ALL MINES AND MINERALS.
PUBLIC HEARING TIME, DATE AND LOCATION: Monday, July 10th, 2023 at 5:10 pm in the Town of Coaldale Council Chambers (1801 20 Avenue, Coaldale, AB T1M 1N1).
GIVING INPUT ON THE PROPOSED BYLAW: Anyone wishing to make a presentation regarding the proposed Bylaw should, in writing, notify the Senior Planner of the Town of Coaldale no later than 12:00 pm, on Tuesday, July 4th, 2023. Both written and/or verbal presentations may be made to Council at the Public Hearing. Please note that all submissions will be made public.
Alternatively, written comments can be sent by email to hailey.winder@coaldale.ca, dropped off, or mailed to the Town Office at PO Box 1236, Coaldale, AB T1M 1N1. Written comments must be received no later than 12:00 pm, Monday, July 10, 2023.
VIEWING THE BYLAW: A copy of the proposed bylaw can be viewed on the Town of Coaldale's website coaldale.engage.civikit.com, or at the Town Office during regular business hours, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
