
Proposed Bylaw 923-P-05-25 is to amend the current Land Use Bylaw 677-P-04-13, Schedule 13: Sign Regulation, Section 5: Signs Not Requiring a Permit, to establish new parameters for 'election signs', as described in Schedule 'A', attached (see 'Supplementary Documents').
PUBLIC HEARING TIME, DATE AND LOCATION: A Public Hearing for Proposed Bylaw 923-P-05-25 will be held on July 3rd, 2025 at 5:00 P.M. at the Town of Coaldale Council Chambers located at 1801 20th Avenue, Coaldale, AB.
GIVING INPUT ON THE PROPOSED BYLAW: Input on the proposed bylaw can be given in writing prior to the meeting, or given verbally during the Public Hearing.
Written comments can be sent by email to Hailey Winder, Senior Planner at hailey.winder@coaldale.ca, dropped off, or mailed to the Town Office (#200, 1801 20th Avenue, Coaldale, AB T1M 1N1). Written comments must be received no later than 4:00 p.m., Monday, June 23rd, 2025.
VIEWING THE BYLAW: A copy of the proposed bylaw can be viewed on the Town of Coaldale's website (coaldale.engage.civikit.com) or at the Town Office during regular business hours, Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
