PURPOSE OF THE BYLAWS: Bylaw 863-P-02-23 is a bylaw to consider the rezoning of properties legally described as Lots 13, 14 & 15, Block 12, Plan 6476AA and Bylaw 864-P-02-23 is a bylaw to consider the rezoning of properties legally described as Lots 18, 19 and 20, Block 12, Plan 6476AA, which are both Town-owned properties located south of Civic Square.
PUBLIC HEARING TIME, DATE AND LOCATION: The Public Hearing for Bylaw 863-P-02-23 will be held on March 27, 2023, at 5:05 pm AND the Public Hearing for Bylaw 864-P-02-23 will be held on March 27, 2023, at 5:10 pm. Both Public Hearings will be held in the Second Floor Meeting Room of Civic Square, 1801 20th Avenue, Coaldale, AB, T1M 1N1.
GIVING INPUT ON THE PROPOSED BYLAW: Input on the proposed bylaws can be given prior to or at the public hearing. Please note attendance at the public hearing.
Anyone wishing to speak at the public hearing may attend the meeting to speak on their behalf. Alternatively, written comments can be sent by email to firstname.lastname@example.org, dropped off, or mailed to the Town Office at #200, 1801 20 Avenue, Coaldale, AB T1M 1N1. Written comments must be received no later than 4 pm, Wednesday, March 22, 2023.
VIEWING THE BYLAW: Copies of the proposed bylaws can be viewed on the Town of Coaldale’s website or at the Town Office (#200, 1801 20 Avenue, Coaldale, AB) during regular business hours, Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
